On the final downwind leg Damien Iehl attempted to luff Hardesty without rights, and was penalized. He tried again, and Hardesty reestablished rights and Iehl was penalized a second time. Then without immediately attempting to remove one penalty, he attempted to luff a third time and was DSQ'ed.
