2019 Taco Tuesday Adult Sailing Class

Taco Tuesday 2019 is here!

Join LBYC Sailing Director Cameron MacLaren and his team of coaches for some summer sailing. The 4-week sessions are designed to accommodate a range of sailing abilities, from first time sailors with no experience to previous Taco Tuesday students looking to continue their boating skills. And not to be missed are the after-class tacos and beverages in the club lounge where we debrief the day's lesson.

Members of Long Beach Yacht Club and member guests are eligible to participate. Class space is limited to 18 participants in each 4-week session. Space priority will go to members until one week prior to class.

INSTRUCTIONAL LEVELS
>>>101/Beginner sailing
Target audience: Designed for adult members and member guests with little or no previous sailing experience, or as a refresher/introduction to the Soling class.

>>>201/Intermediate sailing
Target audience: Designed for adult members and member guests with current sailing experience who are looking to improve their sailing and boat handling skills in order to cruise/race on their own (including sailors who completed 101 Beginner Sailing).

COURSE DATES
• Session One: May 7, 14, 21 & 28 (COMPLETE)
• Session Two: June 4, 11, 18, & 25 (COMPLETE)
• Session Three: July 9, 16, 23, & 30 (COMPLETE)
• Session Four: August 6, 13, 20, & 27 (COMPLETE)

TIMES
• 5:30pm to 7:30pm for 101/Beginner
• 5:45pm to 7:45pm for 201/Intermediate

COSTS (costs are per each session)
• Session 1, 2, 3, or 4: Members $80 /// Member Guests $120
